Germany: February CPI expected to rise 0.5% m-o-m

"The inflation rate in Germany - measured by the consumer price index - is expected to be 1.4% in February 2018" the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reported this Tuesday.

According to the results available so far, consumer prices are expected to rise by 0.5% compared to January 2018.

The Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices for Germany, calculated for European purposes, is expected to have increased by 1.2% in February 2018 compared to the previous year, and is expected to increase by 0.5% compared to January 2018.
